If you're looking to update a subscription you created on this website, click here. If you subscribed in the app, open the App or Play Store and go to "Settings > Subscriptions".

If you're looking to delete your account, you can do so in the app via "Profile > Settings > Account > Delete account". You can also send us an email at info@alphaprogression.com and we can do it for you. If you want only some of your data deleted, go to "Profile > Settings > Account > Reset data" and select the data types you want deleted.
