It generates fully customized gym programs, gives progression recommendations (weight, reps, RIR) for every set based on your actual logged training, and includes 795 exercises with professional form videos, workout logging, and deep analytics.

The app has a free tier (logging, full exercise library, body measurements); Pro unlocks the plan generator, progression recommendations, and charts, with a 14-day free trial on the yearly plan. The app is available in English, German, Spanish, French, and Brazilian Portuguese. The website is available in English (/en/...) and German (/de/...), with German pages mirroring the English structure.
